We’ll cover the following:

Your first aid responsibilities as a coach or volunteer
How Fist aid priorities help you treat casualties in the best way

First aid kit essentials and what should not be included
The importance of CPR and the basics of performing CPR until help arrives
COVID-19 recommendations for first aid
How to attend to different first aid situations including choking, bleeding, fractures, anaphylaxis and seizures.
